This notice explains how information is used when you browse Barqa, register interest in a property, or request a call.

Information you provide

Our forms collect your name, phone number, property preferences, contact consent, and preferred call time when relevant. An email address is optional when registering property interest.

How your request is handled

Your request is stored in our customer-management system so authorized staff can respond, confirm availability, discuss property options, and arrange calls or viewings. Submitting an interest request does not reserve a unit or require payment.

Security and service providers

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and form verification, and Supabase for the catalogue, customer records, and staff authentication. Verification and request limits use technical information such as your IP address to help prevent automated or repeated submissions. These providers process information needed to operate their services.

Information stored on your device

Saved properties are stored in your browser on this device. You can remove them using the saved-properties page or clear them through your browser settings. Staff sign-in also uses browser storage for authentication.

External content

Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash. Your browser connects to these services when displaying that content.

Questions or changes

Tell your Barqa advisor if you want to correct the details in your request, stop follow-up calls, or ask about removing your information. You can also request a call and explain your privacy request to the advisor.
